Pathlabs is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Solutions Consultant to join our Media team. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow their career in the media industry while working closely with experienced professionals. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Solutions Consultant Director and internal Partner Managers in client engagement and contributing to the overall success of Pathlabs partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for media who wants to learn and develop their high-level customer-facing skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Headquarters in Missoula, MT. Remote-friendly hybrid work model. 
 

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with independent media agencies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.

Solution Development:

• Support the Solutions Consultant Director in developing tailored solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions aligned with client needs.

Product Knowledge:

• Learn and stay informed about Pathlabs' product and service offerings.
• Provide support to clients on utilizing Pathlabs' solutions effectively.

Industry Insights:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Contribute insights to help clients make informed decisions in the rapidly evolving media industry.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Director Solutions Consultant, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years in a media-related role or relevant field.
• 3+ Years of Omni-Channel Media Planning Experience
• 3+ Years in Business Development and/or demonstrated track record of growing existing business 
• Basic understanding of independent media agencies and industry challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused with the ability to contribute to client success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with industry tools, technologies, and trends.
