Operations and HR Intern

What you’ll do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & HR Intern to support our Operations and Human Resources teams. This internship offers hands-on experience across business operations, people processes, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to learn how internal teams drive company success.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in operations, human resources, business administration, or organizational strategy.

Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Assist with event coordination and vendor relations
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
- Support project coordination across departments
- Maintain internal systems and data accuracy
Human Resources Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Support benefits administration and compliance documentation (as needed)
What you will bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in people operations and business processes
